Service Description

I offer a choice of either 1 to1 Pilates sessions or group classes. The Pilates 1 to 1 sessions can include Pilates on the Reformer, the Pilates Chair, the Tower or Arc. Pilates sessions may be taken either online or face to face. The 1 to 1 sessions can be a great way to rehabilitate after surgery or injury. They are ideal if you need a more specialist approach.
